Not that it comes cheap and for good reason. Each of these knitwear designs is produced under license and handcrafted in Scotland, specifically in a family-run mill in Hawick, Scotland. Each one is also made of 100 percent lambswool.

Not that the price is putting people off. Some sizes of these limited edition pieces are already selling through. Presumably from Bowie fans who like the idea of a classic logo emblazoned on their chest, but also people who want a retro knitwear design this winter. This is a retro as it comes, especially with the 1970s designs.

It’s not the first time Hades has gone down the ‘music’ route, with previous collections celebrating The Cure and Joy Division. But this is the first time David Bowie has been celebrated in wool by the label.

Take your pick from sweaters or vests (aka tank tops), with each one using a classic Bowie typeface and/or logo for the design. Hunk Dory, Rebel Rebel, Low, Ziggy Stardust, and Let’s Dance. All instantly recognisable to any Bowie aficionado.

Sizes and styles are for both men and women, but as I said, they are selling out already. So don’t hang about if you want one of these in your life and your wardrobe. The price is consistent across the range, with each one selling for £225.
