The appropriately-named 80s Casual Classics does a fine line in retro reissues and long-forgotten deadstock items from the 70s and 80s – including this Fila Solicio polo shirt.

The Fila Solicio polo shirt is actually a reissue from late 2007, a terry toweling polo shirt – which means comfort as well as a bit of style. The four-button polo is in white, with navy and red trim (pictured here) or a particularly bold green, which is also featured on the site.

Available online, it sells for £29.99, discounted down from £45.

Vespa vintage-style scooter helmets

Piaggio has a new range of retro accessories available for Vespa owners, including these rather fetching vintage-style scooter helmets.

Three designs are available, a Union Jack, a ‘mod’ target and a target design in the colours of the Italian flag (as pictured here). However, these open-face helmets do benefit from modern construction, using lightweight ABS material that keep the weight down to under 1kg and with a shape that fits easily into a (modern) scooter storage compartment.

The helmets are available from Piaggio dealers in sizes extra-small through to extra-large, retailing at £59.99. Goggles are also available to go with them, priced at £19.99.

Surreal Salvador Dali watch

If you’re going to do a Salvador Dali watch, it has to be suitable surreal – and this one from the Unemployed Philosophers Guild certainly fits the bill.

The man himself adorns the face, with his mad moustache replacing the hour and minute hand and an ant moving around the face to cover the seconds.

There’s also a quartz movement and a one year warranty thrown in, all for a bargain $34.95, which is around £18.

Valerio Bottin space age Bubble Table Lamp

It might look like a classic piece of space age design, but the Bubble Table Lamp by Valerio Bottin is actually a contemporary classic from the year 2000.

The lamp has a chrome frame and base, with satin-finish polycarbonate diffuser, with light coming from six individual 40w incandescent bulbs. If you want a table lamp with real presence, this is it.

Available in a white or cream/yeloow finish, it retails for £442.
