Fred Perry x Vespa limited edition 100th anniversary scooter

Fred1

As part of Fred Perry centenary celebrations, the company has teamed up with Vespa to offer up a limited edition scooter.

This isn't just a promotional item, the Fred Perry / Vespa scooter will be available to buy in limited numbers in the UK, USA, France and Japan from August 2009 in classic Fred Perry colourways and featuring the FP centenary laurel.

Just 100 will be sold, for how much we don't know, but we suspect they'll come in at a premium. If you want to get your name down, drop Fred Perry a line here. See over the page for more images.

Adidas 1970s Greenstar trainers reissued

Greenstar2

A classic no-nonsense trainer has been reissued, with the Adidas Greenstar looking every bit as relevant today as it did all those years ago.

The Greenstar was first seen back in 1970 and this terrace classic is described as a  'one-to-one replication' of the original as part of the company's '60 years of Soles and Stripes' range, available in three colours, each with soft suede uppers, contrast detailing and the Greenstar name on the heel.

Yours for £55.

Fila Laverna knitted polo shirt

Fila_laverna

Fila has some old school cool on the market just in time for the summer, this Fila Laverna knitted polo shirt.

It's a classic look, not a million miles away from the Fred Perry knitted polos, but with the gold Fila logo embroidered on the chest rather than the laurel, couple wit a striped black and white body and black collar and cuffs.

Not badly priced either, yours for £45.

Paul Smith limited edition Oakley Frogskins

Oakley

Last year, we featured the limited reissue of the Oakley Frogskins, which were originally launched by the company back in the mid-1980s. The reissue must have proved successful, as they're back again – this time as a collaboration with British fashion legend Paul Smith. They're even more exclusive this time around, with only 500 copies available for each of the four colourways.

The designs are all in vibrant colours, inspired by the surf and skate scene where they first became popular. Each pair carries the Oakley signature on the outer stem and Paul Smith Jeans Limited Edition Frogskins on the inside, just to prove how special they are. A pair will cost you £170.
