It’s a lightweight running shoe, which first saw the light of day back in the 1970s. Take your pick from purple and orange or a more subdued beige and brown, both with a mixed nylon and suede upper and sold in an original Nike presentation box.

Quite a mouthful of a name for another Stan Smith variation – the Adidas Stan Smith Vintage Tournament Edition Part II trainers.
In white, gold and navy, the shoe is a copy of the classic Stan Smith court shoe with a high-end full grain leather finish, laser-etched ‘Tournament Edition’ on the tongue, unique tag and a special edition ‘Tournament’ box.
Extremely limited edition, you can bag a pair for £85.
Nike has been into its archives again, producing this Vintage Waffle Racer trainer.
Originally seen in the 1970s, this lightweight running shoe is now back more for the leisure market in two colourways, both featuring a mixed nylon and suede upper and sold in an original Nike presentation box.

Another variation of a classic hits the market – the Adidas Vintage Superstar.
First launched back in 1969 as a specialist basketball shoe, it’s now a classic all-round trainer, with this version in white and blue ‘premium leather’, along with a shell toe front.

Many months ago, we featured the Frock Me! vintage fashion fair. And now, from the same people, comes Memory Lane SW3.
It promises both vintage fashion and vintage/classic home design and accessories from around 50 exhibitors, not to mention ‘vintage-inspired’ modern designs. Or in other words, everything that the retro enthusiast might want to throw their money at.

Another pair of heritage trainers hits the market – the New Balance M420 Vintage trainers.
Originally launched back in 1980, the M420 Vintage have been relaunched straight from the archive – with features taken from a pair of originals sat in the shoe museum in Boston – for better or worse.
Sold in a navy and blue colourway, they also come with a custom-built box and shoe bag. Yours for £49.
