The retro styled tote in cotton and cream was available for pre-order on the Anya Hindmarch website, but due to the high demand has now sold out.

However the reason we are featuring it now, is not only because it looks cool, and we approve of it’s ethical and environemental stance, but because there is still chance to get one. The remaining 20,000 are to go on sale in Sainsbury’s stores nationwide from the 25th of April. So make sure you get yours on your shopping trip next week.

We like Celia Birtwell’s designs here at Retro to Go, so were pleased to see this limited edition dishwasher vinyl she has designed in partnership with Fairy (for hands that do dishes).

It seems like a great way to glam up your dishwashing, making it something beautiful as well as functional. Celia has worked with the red and green colour scheme of the Fairy bottles, but has created a cute heart shaped design, complete with love birds and flowers.

The cost is only £5 and the proceeds go to the Make A Wish Foundation, so you are doing a good turn as well as decorating your dishwasher.

Think Fila and for a generation, you would have thought Bjorn Borg. The tennis superstar was a walking ad board for the sports label – and a merchandising dream. Some of that range has now been reissued, including this Fila Bjorn Borg Binaco Tank Top.

You have to be a brave soul to carry off a red tank top, even with a famous heritage. If you think you can, you’ll be assured to know this is made from 100 per cent wool, has an elasticated waist, contrasting collar and of course, the classic Fila logo.

A few years back, we picked up a really smart floor lamp from a house clearance place – nothing rare or particularly valuable, but it was a really nice mix of coloured plastic and chrome – and very much like this Bulbo lamp.

This one is described as a sixties-styled light with a chrome lamp base (65cm high) and a plastic coloured 20cm diameter dome shade, in a choice of red, orange or white.

"In the 10 years that I have owned my home, I have always wanted to redecorate this room, but never put much effort in to it due to the fact that we rarely used it.  It is a large room with a very large window and I feared that it couldn’t be re-done without spending a fortune.  Since my husband collects vintage glass and ceramic-ware, I thought that adding some shelving would be a good place to showcase his "finds", as well as give the room some much needed warmth and personality."
