It's a retailer on most high streets and at a guess, we've all bought something from Argos, even if it's just a kettle or a toaster. But we're guessing that you wouldn't expect it to stock this Adal three-seater sofa.
I spotted this whilst browsing a catalogue a short while back. The first thing I noticed was the look of this vintage-style tripod metal floor lamp at Argos, which looked really impressive in a 'real' setting. The second thing was the price – and how low it was.
It was only yesterday that we showed you the Orla Kiely book, the latest addition to her range. With such success, it's hardly surprising that high street alternatives that echo her style are available. A case in point is this retro leaves duvet from Argos.
Argos isn't normally the first place you'd associate with retro style, but this duvet features a pleasant green and brown design of paired leaves, with a passing resemblance to Kiely's stem pattern. Not the time to be snobby about thread or tog count, the set is made from a polyester and cotton mix.
Fantastic value though at £13.99 for a two pillowcase and king sized duvet set.
