If you love James Bond, you might want to make a note in your diary about Designing 007: 50 Years of Bond Style, which is coming to London's Barbican.

The exhibition marks 50 years of the James Bond movie series, from 1962′s Dr No to this year’s Skyfall, with the event showcasing the Bond archives throughout these years.

The Barbican has  apparently got ‘unprecedented access’ to the Bond archives, producing a ‘multi-sensory experience’ to discover both the secret service and the villains. That includes the tailoring and costumes, the set and production design, cars, gadgets and special effects, graphic design and motion graphics, exotic locations, stunts and props.

It runs from 6th July – 5th September 2012, 11am – 8pm (Thursdays until 10pm). Advance tickets are now on sale from the Barbican website.
