Who Can't Explain

Music fans with a love of vinyl should check out these classic single prints by Vincent McEvoy

We've featured some of McEvoy's ephemera designs before but – perhaps more interestingly – is his longstanding links with music. He was art director at Polydor in the 1970s.

For this series of prints he's lovingly recreated silk screens of the record sleeves of classic vinyl tracks, from the likes of The Who, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles and David Bowie. The combination of retro type and bright colours, not to mention the appeal of the single itself, certainly makes these eye-catching numbers.

If you like these, also check out McEvoy's prints based around old gig tickets.

Produced as limited edition prints, each is priced at £290.
