Not sure why Watford, but it’s a name La Redoute has been using for some time. You might recall an earlier range of the same name. Now the name is back for the Watford walnut coffee table at La Redoute.
It’s a a huge step up from that past range too, with this one looking very much like an original from the 1950s or the ‘60s. Two surface areas, subtle curves, tapered legs with brass finials and of course, constructed from solid walnut with a varnish finish.
It’s a lovely piece. £425 is the price right now.
