Never looked at Matalan for furniture? You’ve missed out, as they have some interesting pieces, which even includes some Robin Day chairs. But right now we are focusing on the midcentury-style Crispin sofas.
That is sofas in the plural as the Crispin is available in two sizes, a small and a medium (two people or three people). The design is typically 1950s with angled / tapered legs, sloping back and arms and of course, the button back detailing.
As it is Matalan, the sofas have price on their side too. The small retails for £319 right now, while the medium is at £359. Both are currently discounted, so not sure how long those prices will hold.
