We've featured the Midcentury Show in the past, but for the first time the show is heading to Bristol – specifically on Sunday October 11th 2009.

The venue is Paintworks, Bath Road, Bristol, BS4 3EH, taking place from 10am until 4pm with admission £5 (children under 14 free). For that money, you can check out and buy furniture and collectables from the middle of the last century from the likes of Eames, Nelson, Jacobsen and Aalto, with dealers on display including The Modern Warehouse, Omnipod, Kirk Modern, Fragile Design, Pure Imagination, metroretro, Orange and Brown, Twentieth Century Interiors, De Vreugde Design, Fragile, 20th Century Collectables, Pink-Flamingos, 20th Century Collectables, Homescape, Mark Parrish, Emma loves Retro, Inretrospect, Designs of Modernity and many more.
