Yes, it does look like a cross between a fishing rod and a golf club, but the Flos 265 wall lamp by Paolo Rizzatto is actually quite a clever bit of period lighting.

It's aim is to focus light around the room from a fixed location – attach to the wall and you can use that long adjustable steel arm to direct light where you need it. Perfect for a quirky office light, a light over a dining table or just something cool in an industrial-like setting.
