Whilst these Royal Guardsman figures do look similar to the ones tourists delight to see in London, they are actually the Danish Royal Guardsmen who watched over Danish castles since 1658.
These figures are based on the drawings of Kay Bojensen from 1942 and produced by Rosendahl. They are made from beech and hand-painted, making them a wonderful gift for any child that they will treasure for a lifetime.
