It still looks very cool over 60 years since it first appeared and now the Royal modular shelving system by Poul Cadovius is available for your home once more.

The classic Danish design dates back to 1948, but has just been relaunched exclusively at TwentyTwentyOne, offering versatile storage space whatever the gap in your home. There's also a choice of oak or walnut for the finish, two shelf depths and with a choice of steel or brass for the hangers.

Not just shelving, there's also a drawer unit, a cupboard and a work unit available to fit within the structure. Not cheap though, with shelves starting at £166 and rails from £154.

See the TwentyTwentyOne site for the full breakdown of costs.
