We actually featured a product of the same name (from the same maker and seller) a while back, but now there's a redesigned Fonteyn bed at Made, which is worthy of a mention.
The changes are fairly subtle, perhaps with the exception of the foot of the bed, which is now in line with the sides – a departure from the previous model. There's also a more uniform colour, as opposed to the two tone shading of the previous bed.
But it retains the character and curves, still very much a 1960s-inspired bed that matches up with the rest of the Fonteyn bedroom range. Choose from a clear lacquer or a walnut veneer, as well as a double or a king size. Prices start at £649.
