It was the colourful apple print that first drew up to Boden's Beatrice dress. But then we discovered it was available in another brilliant retro pattern too.
Lovers of colour and pattern should be happy, as this may be the perfect summer dress (we've just got to get there first!). The first great print is the apple design shown above, also available in an orange colourway, which looks like it could have been lifted straight out of the pages of a midcentury children's book.
The second pattern is shown below, described as a 'retro swirl', it's more late 1960s/early 70s in inspiration and comes in the hot pink version pictured, as well as an almond version.
Whatever version you go for, the dress is made from cotton, is fully lined, with a concealed back zip. There are pockets too.
The dress comes in a wide range of sizes, from 6 to 22.
The only drawback is the price: it's selling for £82.
