Keen design spotters might well be seeing another iconic light when they see this Tripod Base Floor Lamp at Graham & Green.
The lamp bears a striking resemblance to the classic Grasshopper Lamp by Greta Grossman, which dates back to 1947 and is still in production today as a reissue via Gubi.
That lamp is around twice the price of this one, which differs in respect of the ‘feet’ and of course the finish – this one has an antique copper and black powder coating for the shade and frame.
As we said, about half the price of a Grasshopper. That retails for around £565, whereas this floor lamp sells for £225.
