If Sanna Annukka's version of The Snow Queen hasn't crossed the good looking, festive book for kids off Christmas list, take a look at Fredun Shapur's Christmas tree book – or Dans le Spain, to give it its correct title.

It was first published in 1966 and is one of a number of recent Fredun Shapur reissues – you may remember the jigsaws released a while back.

A 14 page hardback, its brilliant and bold graphics will give you plenty to swoon over. The language, however, may cause a few problems – it's only available in French. Well, it's a great reason to get out the French dictionary this Christmas!

The book is priced at £15.

Order it from Amazon right now.
