Want to be transported to a vision of the future, as seen through the eyes of the 1950s? If that sounds your kind of thing, you're bound to love this new Roboutique range by Jay

To add perhaps another range of confusion, it's a contemporary range inspired by a 1950s vision of the future – specifically Japanese 1950s robots. These robots have found their way across a wide range of products, from mugs and plates to glass and tins, and the range even includes actual wind-up tin robots.

There's been a deliberate intention to make the range look as vintage as possible – just check out the tin pictured below to get an idea of what that means.

Each item comes in its own bright, colourful and suitably retro packaging too.

Prices start at £8 for the glasses.
