These 1960s Onitsuka Tiger Mexico Delegation trainers really are a wonderful reissue.

The shoe is back on the racks to mark the 50th anniversary of Onitsuka Tiger, essentially a 1:1 remake of the Japanese national team’s Mexico Delegation shoe.

Two colour options are available, either the white or the red, both with suede uppers, leather overlays to the side and a natural leather heel tab

There is also a print on the insoles that references the running tracks of an athletics stadium, whilst also displaying the number 6 – making it 66 when the pair are placed together – the year the brand was born.

Both variations are available now, selling for £78.
