We mentioned the storage unit by the same maker recently, which was incredibly popular. So with that in mind, we thought we would flag up this midcentury-style coffee table by Moutinho Store too.
Like the storage unit, this is, as the title suggests, a midcentury modern-inspired piece and a rather individual one too. The handmade nature of the table adds in a little character, as does the shape and the contrasting colours.
The table sits on some lovely tapered oak legs and is topped with an MDF lacquered top in white. Nothing out of the ordinary there really. But as I said, the curvy shape of that surface really does add a little something to the design, ensuring this one stands out from the crowd.
Don’t like the idea of a white top for your table? Don’t worry about that. There are 10 colours to choose from for the finish of that surface, so hopefully one will suit your living space. Another benefit of going bespoke for a piece of furniture rather than just grabbing an off-the-peg piece.
Despite being handmade, this coffee table is still well priced too. It is up for sale via the maker’s Etsy site for s for the price, that’s £179.43 plus postage. Allow around three weeks for this to be made too, as each one is made to order.
