The detail is amazing for decorations around 5cm in size, which is reflected in the £19.95 price per decoration. You can buy them from the Liberty Christmas Shop, which is now online, I think for the first time ever.
A nice twist on what some people would consider a quintessentially British accessory: the umbrella. The Fish and Chips umbrella is just one design produced by London Undercover, a company founded by Jamie Milestone to overthrow people's conceptions of the fusty brolly.
The umbrella is printed with an large scale image of a fish and chips supper under the canvas, while the outside is decorated with an old-fashioned replica newspaper print. They also produce models that are decorated with things like traditional English breakfasts and union jacks and they have a special design called the commuter which is a collaboration with London Transport.

A tribute to an iconic sign, not to mention a touch of kitsch for your hallway – the Welcome to Las Vegas doormat.
The sign itself was designed back in 1959 by Betty Willis and still stands proudly in the city today, although it has been moved about a bit over the years. This reproduction (a legitimate one as the design is actually non-copyright) is made from coconut fibre with a bold red background, perfect for brightening up the dullest of doors.

We've featured Lizzie Allen's red telephone box wallpaper previously and this London City Gents wallpaper is as British in feel. Drawing inspiration from 1950s illustrations, it captures a particular breed of gentlemen on their way to work, armed with the essentials of tie, umbrella, newspaper and briefcase.
The wallpaper is made from a 7 colour hand screen print repeat and is available in either a spring or autumn colour palette. Being a typically London scene the brollies are ever present, whichever season you choose!
