Adidas Net 80 trainers reissued

Net80_1

If I told you these date back to 1980, you'll not be surprised, but if I told you that the Adidas Net 80 trainers were a dedicated table tennis shoe, you just might.

That niche use is probably the reason why it is such a niche piece of Adidas footwear, despite its striking appearance. Choose from two colourways for this lightweight shoe, both with trademark low profile rubber sole and a mesh and suede upper.

See the other colour option over the page and if you want a pair, they sell for £54.99.

Adidas does a plimsole with the P-Sole

Plim1

The craze for old school plimsole footwear obviously hasn't passed the Adidas designers by, with the Adidas P-Sole primed and ready for the spring and indeed, summer.

Yes, it's essentially a canvas pump from the sportswear giant, with just a twist or two to stand out from the crowd – simple Adi brainding on the tongue and back of the sole unit, the three stripes in white and a slim white sole to finish things off.

Maybe one to put away until the rain and snow has departed, you can pick up a pair for £34.99. See the rear view over the page.

Levi’s 1971 Saddleman and Sawtooth check shirts

Levi1

Something authentically 70s from Levi's – these Saddleman and Sawtooth check shirts, which are straight out of the archives.

As you've probably guessed, both are from 1971, at least in terms of the cut, the shirts themselves have a longer heritage. The Saddleman (above) has a classic western silhouette with arched shoulder panels and slant cut pockets. Two colours available, 100 per cent cotton naturally. It retails for £59.

The Sawtooth isn't a million miles away, with a similar silhouette, arched shoulder panels, pocket flaps, pearlised pop-stud closure and the same cotton construction. Two colours again, but slightly higher price – £65. See an image of that over the page.
