1970s Adidas Jeans trainers reissued

Adidas_jeans

Big thanks to @daysofspeed for spotting the low-key arrival of the Adidas Jeans trainers at the Adidas online store.

First introduced in the late 70s and a popular wear on the terraces into the 80s, the Adidas Jeans (as you might imagine) was designed to be worn with jeans, pretty much as this reissue is. The 2009 take is a reproduction of the 70s original in a blue and off-green colourway, keeping that trademark dash of yellow on the sole and of course, the all-suede upper.

Yours for £75 while stocks last.

Stussy Deluxe x Dr Martens desert boots now available in the UK

Stuss_dm

Remember these? We featured the Stussy Deluxe x Dr Martens desert boots some weeks back, when they were due to launch in Japan. At the time, no details of a European launch were forthcoming – but now they are available in the UK.

Just the same as we first featured, these are a take on the classic desert boot, but mixing in some Air Wair soles, a premium suede finish, two sets of contrasting laces, contrast stitching and the Stussy 'S' logo on the heel.

Not cheap though, £169 is required to secure a pair.

The Impossible Project to revive instant Polaroid photography

Impossibleproject

Polaroid stopped producing its analogue instant film in 2008 so supplies of it are limited and at a premium. The Impossible Project hopes to change that situation by inventing a new film product can be used in vintage Polaroid cameras, thus reviving instant photography.

It seems like a worthy cause, but it is obviously one that comes at a cost, so to support their mission, The Impossible Project is selling the t-shirts above. The men’s design is available in navy or brown and features the project logo along with a drawing of a Polaroid photograph. The ladies style comes in red or black with a heart-shaped design made up of Polaroids.

The t-shirts costs 28 Euros each and can be ordered from The Impossible Project website, where you can also find out more about their mission.
