Another piece of contemporary design inspired by classic Scandinavian design, the Peggy chair by Pols Potten has masses of vintage appeal.
For a cool piece of decorative lighting, it's hard to beat the impact of a lightbox. Seletti obviously understand the appeal and have just released these home-worthy Lighthink lightbox lamps.
For something a bit different to go alongside your greenery, check out the Audrey Hepburn and Jimi Hendrix flower pot holders by Donkey.
We've featured the bamboo, retro-style Lexon Safe radio previously but the products in the range go beyond that piece to include clocks, flashlights and this calculator.
Designed by Elise Berthier and Pierre Garner, you can tell the calculator comes from the same design family as the radio. Its chunky keys and rounded edges give it that retro look while its got eco credentials too: solar powered and made from natural bamboo with a casing from corn starch bio-plastic.
And the price for the calculator? It adds up to £21.40.

New in at Made in Design is this 1970s-style constellation mirror from Sentou Edition.
Designed by Denis Santachiara, it's made from coloured circular acrylic mirrors that are connected by wire to resemble some imaginary stellar arrangement. The mirrors may not be too useful for checking your reflection but overall it's certainly a statement piece for your wall.
The mirror costs £130.
