If you missed on the original reissue in January, then you might want to pick up a pair of the Adidas Archive Berlin OG trainers in sky blue.

The more astute of you might realise that the colour scheme here is a ‘flip’ of the original Berlin release. So instead of ‘Argentina Blue’ and ‘Sky Blue’, you get a classic City Series shoe with a ’Sky Blue’ upper, matched up with the ‘Argentina Blue’ detailing. Simple, but incredibly effective.

There’s no difference with the actual design as you would hope and expect. This is a timeless profile and one that has been used for other shoes in the series such as the London, Bern and Dublin. Well, there is one key difference.

Alongside the serrated stripes, suede upper and gum sole is the city branding. Like the last shoe, the city name is upside down, a throwback to the sample version back in the day, which had the city name printed incorrectly. Authenticity is definitely a selling point here.

A Size? exclusive, the shoes are likely to be snapped up very quickly when they land on Friday 30th March, both online and instore. Expect to pay £85- or even more if you have to buy them later on eBay.
