You might not know the brand, but these retro weekend bags by Rex London come from a label I have featured many times in the past.

To be fair, it was the fairly distant past when I wrote about them. Back then, they were known as Dotcomgiftshop. Yes, you perhaps do recall them now.

They specialised in affordable gift, travel and everyday items, a good number of them retro. Hence why they appeared on the site so often. They are still doing pretty much the same thing. Just under a different name.

If anything, the range has got even better in its absence from this site. So high time for me to feature them once more, specifically with one of its eye-catching new arrivals.

More than one in fact. There is a whole range of these cool weekend bags, all with bold retro designs and all still easy on your bank balance. You can see the pick of them here.

Designed for short trips away, each one is made from a strong and waterproof oilcloth (so easy to wipe clean) and with inner pockets to keep you organised. The print being the selling point, but the practicality is a close second.

Talking of practicality, each of the designs also has a matching washable and makeup bag available too. Again, without costing a fortune.

Yes, I keep mentioning money, so perhaps best that I get to that. Each of the bags retails for £29.95, with the smaller bags considerably less. Lovely things and likely to earn their keep in the months and years to come.
