Tulip E-go – computers like retro handbags

Tulip_laptops

Is it a bag? Is it a computer? Well, the Tulip E-go from AMDboard looks like a handbag, but is actually a cutting edge notebook PC.

The initial (and probably biggest) selling point is the design. There’s a number available, including some rather smart retro designs like the ones pictured above. But these aren’t just fashion items, they have the necessary specification for a day at the office too, with an AMD Turion 64 processor, 1GB of memory, a 12.1-inch display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a large hard drive and just about everything else you would expect from a decent notebook.

But they’re not cheap – expect to pay around £1600.
