That's the selling point for us, retro / midcentury pieces that aren't too 'in your face' when it comes to design and as such, will probably fit into a wide range of interiors inspired by the middle of the 20th century. Or just to add a retro touch to a modern space too. Of course, you also get the benefit of Ercol's know-how in these oak sideboards, so it should be something built to last.
In terms of the designs, the larger unit has double cupboard space and three drawers with soft-close mechanisms, plus a front edge that has been finished with a gentle curve that echo the turned detailing of the cut handles and the frame. The smaller piece shares the look, but obviously has less of the storage.
If you want either, prices start at £1,195.
