Not just a fabric with a great retro look: Verdure is an original 1960s fabric design by Peter Hall that's been reissued by Winter's Moon in three new colourways.

Verdure was originally designed by Hall for Heal's back in 1965. The geometric floral design proved extremely popular in various different colour combinations with a look that exemplifies the decade.

Winter's Moon have teamed up with Hall to bring the fabric back in three new colourways – mustard, rose and peppercorn – giving the design a slight update for the new century. It's a heavy weight cotton, available by the metre or as lampshades or cushions, or as one of Winter's Moon's beautiful bell bottom table lamps (see the picture below).

Prices start at £54 for a small lampshade and go up to £144 for one of the lamps. The fabric is priced at £70 a metre.
