As you probably know, it is 50 years since the formation of Pink Floyd, which means lots of things relating to the band appearing. We mentioned the Royal Mail stamps recently, but we haven’t mentioned these early Pink Floyd albums being reissued on heavyweight vinyl.

Yes, fans of the early Pink Floyd output will definitely want to own these slices of vinyl. The albums returning are The Piper at the Gates of Dawn, A Saucerful of Secrets, the soundtrack to the movie More and the double album Ummagumma, which was a half studio, half live affair.

Special care has been taken to replicate the original packaging of each, while the vinyl has been remastered and pressed on 180gram vinyl for the best sound quality.

If that sounds like the kind of thing you want on your record deck, you can pick each one up from today. As for price, it is £16.99 for the single albums and £23.99 for the double album.
