Yes, the sales are starting and I’ll be picking out the best of them. First up is the Urban Outfitters Sale.

Urban Outfitters always has some decent retro finds, with a number featured on the site over the past 12 months (and beyond). But now is the time to buy, as prices have dropped on a number of those designs.

With that in mind, I have picked out some of my favourite bits and pieces in the sale. Note that more items are added all the time, so it might be worth checking it again over the festive period. Or have a look now at both the home and clothing sale now.

Fujifilm Instax Mini 90 Instant Camera (pictured above)

Love these cameras and particularly this one, which is as retro as they come. Everything you need to create mini masterpieces instantly and a strap to carry it around. Was £1265, it is reduced to £90, but stock is limited.

1970s-style Double Orb Table Light

Not the kind of thing you expect at Urban Outfitters, but this light could be right out of a bedroom or living room from the 1970s. Of course, it offers light via the two orbs, but it’s also a good-looking thing to have in the house too. Down from £69 to £45.

Crosley Nomad Cream Portable Vinyl Record Player

A few Crosley players marked down, but the 1960s-style Nomad is the one that caught my eye. Usually a pricy player, this has a great look, vinyl playback (of course) and is USB-ready, so you can convert to MP3 if you like. Usually £200, it is down to £150.

Polaroid Originals Rainbow Camera Bag

This was very popular when I featured it recently, so very surprised to see it in the sale. Great as a camera bag, it’s also great as an everyday bag with a strong retro look. It was £33.99 and is now down to £20.

A Clockwork Orange A3 Poster

A few posters in the sale, but this one is the classic I am going for. Timeless and controversial, it has been on walls for decades. Cheap now though, down from £10 to just £6.

UO Square Khaki Bluetooth Speaker

Don’t get hung up on the colour, there are plenty of options for this retro speaker.

Cute and practical, a speaker you can take anyway, with connectivity via USB or Bluetooth. It was £25 but is now just £12.
