Christine Berrie Radio Print

6912_1
If Christine Berrie’s Radio Print looks familiar, it is may be because the same designer created a camera design, which appeared in various forms, including a bag that we featured here some time ago.

Like the camera design, the radio print consists of numerous retro radios, of varying styles in bright colours, set against a white background. The prints have been produced in association with Magma who are offering a limited run of both the radio and camera print, measuring 52cm x 70cm, priced £25.

The Heads of State The Great Gatsby Business Card print

Gatsby_full
If you invested in one of the Penguin Art Deco-style editions of F. Scott Fitzgerald classics, this The Great Gatsy Business Card print from The Heads of State could be the piece of artwork for you.

The print's link to the book is quite subtle. It's inspired by the huge lists of the great and the good and the notorious who attend Gatsy's parties, and illustrates potential business cards of the guests. There's people who work in films and in theatres and other business: all the cards are executed in beautiful period typography, giving a wonderful imagined snapshot of the era.

The print is limited to an edition of 350 and costs $90.

Parade print by Emily Forgot

Parade_print_b_w

It's an illustration that screams the '60s but in fact this Parade print by Emily Forgot is a contemporary piece.

The image depicts some well-heeled and well-booted feet with the monochrome colour scheme adding to its style. In fact the title and the style of the illustration suggests it could be inspired by somewhere like the King's Road in the sixties with the peacocks coming out on parade.

If you like this piece, take a look at the website for more of Emily's work, including some pieces that look like they've come out of the more surreal side of that decade.

You can buy the print at A3 size for £30 or at A1 size for £105.
