Braun ABK 31 modernist-inspired wall clock

Braun

A stunning design from the 1980s, but this Braun ABK 31 wall clock probably owes more to the 1930s for inspiration.

It's a stunning, modernist-inspired wall clock, produced in 1985, the work of Dietrich Lubs under the design directorship of Dieter Rams. In terms of detail, it has an off-white face, glossy red bezel and a matt grey body, with the numerals adding that modernist touch.

Battery powered and in 'excellent' condition, the current price is £50.
