The Henrik Preutz design above is one of four newly-added designs, three of which have a retro theme, including the ones above, which pack a colourful 50s-style leaf motif.

This Lotus wall clock, which is currently on sale at Wallace Sacks, offers a cheap way of getting some retro chic into your home. Its metal surround resembles the symbol of the atom and makes it look like it came straight out of the era when the atom was seen as an emblem of progress and the future.
It's made by Karlsson and you may remember that we've featured another clock by them under this name before. However, the simplified metal surround on this clock makes it look much later in period than the other model.

More wallpaper… However, Elli Pop's Just Around Midnight wallpaper looks a bit further back in time than some of the recent papers we've highlighted. This wallpaper features a romanticised early-twentieth century scene of couples dancing away into the night, complete with gorgeous gowns, headpieces and fans. The line drawings look a bit Aubrey Beardsley-esque, while the semi pearl effect given by the mica paper adds to the nostalgia of the scene.
The paper also comes with a champagne or jade colour background, although you'd really need to fall in love with it before purchasing as a roll costs £199.

The Alphabot Print by Bold & Noble combines two of our favourite things – typography and retro robots.
The print features a robot whose body is made up from letters of the alphabet, making it not only a great decorative item, but also educational too if you want to hang it on your child’s wall rather than keep it for yourself. The print is available in a choice of cobalt blue or metallic silver, both priced £38. the prints are sold unframed, but measuring 50cm by 70cm, they do fit standard frames.

Cherry print is a great, easy way to an instantly recognisable rockabilly look, while firmly staying away from being too cartoonish. This Cherry Top from Hollywood Flame combines the print with a 50s shape to make a top that's very retro.
The use of a halter neck with a perfectly placed square-neck shape creates a flattering decolletage. With the bust emphasised by a ribbon and bow detail, the top fits the figure but keeps away from being too skintight thanks to a firm fabric.
