We flagged up this design when limited editions hit the shelves during the John Lewis 150th Anniversary. But a visit to the store this weekend indicated that the John Lewis Aston DAB/FM radio is now available in a new range of finishes.

The radio is still the same 1960s-inspired piece and available at the same affordable price point. But now it is available in either a walnut finish or a coffee, duck egg or mint colour, all of which add an extra later or ‘retro’  and indeed, add to the overall appeal.

The radio has 10 station presets, a telescopic aerial, DAB and FM tuners and has the option of battery or mains power. £39.95 is that price.
