Ever stood on a lego brick? We feel your pain. So does Lego too, which is why it has put its name to a pair of limited edition slippers to protect against such things.
Colourful Lego-branded slippers are selling points in themselves. But add in some padding to the underside to protect against a rogue brick and you really do have a winner. Thing is, getting a pair isn’t very easy.
The slippers were created by ad agent Brand Station as a Christmas special for Lego, with just’ 1,500 pairs going into production. Yes, that sounds a lot, but just think of the worldwide demand.
How do you get a pair? Well, you make a wishlist on the French Lego site. If you do, you are in the mix to be given a pair ‘randomly’. That probably means only French Lego customers can get a pair – you’ll have to check the small print on the site to confirm if thats the case.
Will they land at the UK Lego site? Maybe keep an eye on it. We certainly will do.
