Fiat_ferrari

Just when you thought the Fiat 500 couldn't get any more stylish, along comes the uber-cool Fiat 500 Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari.

As the name suggests, this is a tie-in and tribute to the classic Ferrari brand, packing the famous red colourway and a Ferrari badge as well as the Fiat logo, with both Abarth and Ferrari making some modifications to the car's performance – so it's no longer the car for nipping to the supermarket.

APC classic duffle coat and MHL duffle jacket

Apc

Autumn is upon us, so it's time to think about a winter coat to keep out the cold and drizzle. If you're looking for something classic and stylish, both the APC classic duffle coat and MHL duffle jacket.

Starting with the APC coat (pictured above), it's a classic, fully-lined duffle with large fasteners, a hood and storm flaps, the whole thing made of a wool mix fabric. £420 will secure you one. The MHL duffle jacket (as the name suggests) is shorter, made of single layer melton wool and has both a hood and large wooden fasteners. That retails for £265 and is pictured over the page.

Of course, you can also opt for a real classic instead, the Gloverall Monty duffle coat, which was still standard issue to the British military in World War II. You should be able to find one of those for around £220.

Trellick Tower Bookend

Trellick bookend

Following on from yesterday's BT Tower cross stitch kits, here's another architecturally inspired product in the shape of the Trellick Tower Bookend, designed by Susan Bradley. Erno Goldfinger's Brutalist Trellick Tower divides popular opinion but has become a distinctive London landmark and has been immortalised many times, including in the popular range of products from People Will Always Need Plates.

These bookends reduce the building to its instantly recognisable outline and is made from powder coated steel in the two colours shown here. Bookends are also available in the shape of Norman Foster's 'Gherkin' and the ubiquitous Battersea Power Station. These cost £18.

BoConcept’s retro-styled Imola chair

Bochair

Looking for a stylish modern design with a retro twist? Look no further than the newly-introduced Imola chair from BoConcept.

Taking its design cues (according to Bo itself) from the 1950s, this Henrik Pedersen-designed easy chair is built around a moulded hard shell, which is then covered in a soft foam for comfort, finished off in a choice of fabric or leather, all supported by that brushed steel frame.

You can pick it up as a high-backed model or a low-slung seat, with prices between £1,599 and £1,699, depending on your choice of finish.
