Remember Love Hearts? It was/is a classic kids sweet that offered up a lovey dovey message that was even more sickly sweet than the sweet itself. You can still get them – and you can also get Love Hearts jewellery based on the sweet’s design.

Diane von Furstenberg began making her way on the fashion scene in the 1970s, and was lucky enough to be a teen in the sixties, so it’s hardly surprising to see inspiration from her formative years in her designs.
