Hugely popular last year, the Tiki bar for your garden at George Home is now available once more. But don’t hang about if you want one.
Note that the design has changed a little, but not that you would notice. The last image in this article is the current design, with the change being with the stools, which now have a more angled shape and to my eye, a more appealing look. I’ve left the order photos here as a ‘compare and contrast’. But you’ll struggle to find much of a difference outside of the stool shape.
So this is still your own Tiki bar, which is pretty plain in its basic form to be fair. But throw in the right accessories, some lights and a splash of colour and the party really is ready to go.
The set comes with the bar itself, as well as those two matching stools, all made from a hand-woven poly-rattan material. The bar also has a corrosion-resistant steel frame, toughened glass tabletop, storage shelving in the bar and an outdoor cover. Nothing has really changed since last year.
It’s the perfect retro garden accessory when the sun is out and looking at the weather forecast, that sun will be shining for quite some time yet, even if the temperatures aren’t quite up there just yet. Give it time, they will be eventually. Which is when this set really comes into its own – and especially if friends happen to drop by.
If you want the matching accessories, those are available too, including a flamingo garden ornament for example. But you’ll have to dig around the website to find those bits and pieces. Not that you need to. Just have a look for your loudest Tiki, retro and kitsch bits and pieces, drape them around the place and you are sorted. So many makers and sellers have touches of Tiki for your home.
But before you do that, you’ll need to invest in this set. The price has gone up a little since last year, but not too much. This set now sells for £299.
